Tuning Guide

For the most part tuning a second generation BRZ or GR86 is very similar to tuning the original BRZ and family of related models.

Fitting Omni 3 bar MAP sensor

We have managed to get our car here to start, idle, run & drive with no P0107 error using the following changes when using a 3 bar map sensor. This was using an OmniPower branded 3 bar map sensor just as we have fitted and used on our supercharged Gen1 car for years.

The following maps needed to be changed:

This differences file should do most of the hard work for you but if you are using a different brand of sensor you need to check the values are correct. Keep in mind the ECU for the 2nd Gen FA24 cars uses different pressure units to the 1st Gen FA20 cars so some unit conversion may be needed to get it to work correctly.
