GT-R Wheel Speed Missing (38B ROMS)

The Problem

In most models of GT-R we have utilised custom code in order to bring in the wheel speed sensors and allow them to be logged or used in RaceROM Custom Maps. Due to some variances in their programming, many of the 2013-2014 vehicles have all of the CAN mailboxes used already. As such we aren’t able to bring that data in and make it usable for the user. The impacted ROM files will all start with “38B.”

This issue is fixed in RaceROM V9 and later which reads all 4 wheel speeds and all g-sensor/steering inputs at full speed.

The Fix

In order to solve the problem and be able to use wheel speed monitors again, you’ll need to swap to a different supported ROM.
